- - - - - - - - - - - Drive issues through closure by engaging all
appropriate resources; resolve software issues using ITIL Incident
and Problem Management frameworks; write SQL queries to extract
data from MySQL; monitor application performance using AppDynamics;
build, test, and deploy Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas),
Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (Saas)
solutions within cloud platforms, including Pivotal Cloud Foundry,
AWS, and Azure; monitor infrastructure and log analytics, and
automate and create dashboards using Grafana; build dashboards
using Kibana; create and close tickets using ServiceNow; document
activities using Confluence; develop microservices and
service-oriented architecture (SOA); perform change management and
release management; lead technical bridges and provide
troubleshooting direction; provide guidance and recommended
solutions to complex technical issues; act as an advocate for
Engineering Operations procedures, policies and processes; ensure
projects are fully integrated into the operations environment
including lifecycle problem management from front line CARE through
Engineering; create data and metric systems to track operational
workflows; maintains records of results and feedback; analyze data
and metrics, identifies problem areas and provides actionable
insight to management; provide input to Engineering and vendors on
defects and required enhancements; attain all relevant industry
standard technical certifications; perform complex and routine
maintenance tests for designated areas of engineering; identify,
isolate and escalate issues to appropriate personnel; ensure that
all maintenance is properly validated to minimize subscriber impact
to (ideally) zero; contribute to design considerations for new
products or architectural changes to existing products; assist with
or leads efforts to build new application infrastructure,
coordinating efforts across teams; and analyze problems in design,
configuration, data flow and data state within a highly complex
multi-product provisioning system. Position is eligible to work
remotely one or more days per week, per company
policy.REQUIREMENTS: - - - - - - - - - - - - Bachelor's degree, or
foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
technical field, and two (2) years of experience resolving software
issues using ITIL Incident and Problem Management frameworks;
