This is 100% remote contract (W2) opportunity!
UX Researcher II When have you discovered a need your customer couldn't articulate? Do you roll up your sleeves with designers, PMs, and engineers alike, working out findings from research ideating and solutions? Join our client's innovative Clinical Solutions (CS) team as a UX Researcher. You'll play a crucial role in shaping user experiences by conducting impactful research, aligning with product objectives, and collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers. Help us develop a world-class learning experience for nurses and physicians by providing insights that drive our learning experiences. Your expertise will bridge user needs with design and instructional solutions, fostering a user-centered culture within our dynamic teams.
We're seeking a skilled UX Researcher with the following capabilities: Align research solutions with product strategy.
-- Identify exploratory research opportunities with product leadership.
-- Using research, determine what ideas best meet user and business needs
-- Apply appropriate research methods to achieve goals.
Research Leadership & Execution:
-- Develop an evidence-based research strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams.
-- Advocate for UX research best practices.
-- Use data to define and track key metrics, providing clear insights.
PhD with 2-3 years of experience
No PhD with 5-6 years of experience
