We encourage our Care Professionals to foster genuine relationships with the seniors in our community while providing compassionate care to help keep clients healthy, safe, and happy at home.\n\n We support you by:\n \n Getting qualified candidates access to work quickly\n Providing 24/7 on the job support\n Giving you up-to-date information on your clients' needs with our industry-leading app\n\n Care Professional Pay & Benefits:\n \n $14.00-14.50/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit\n $500 signing bonus after working 60 hours in your first 30 days\n Paid holidays at 1.5x your rate\n Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, based on eligibility*\n 401k matching, based on eligibility*\n $300 caregiver referral program*\n Paid leave, overtime, and paid training\n Mileage reimbursement (in-visit travel and between same-day visits)\n Cell phone reimbursement\n \n Applicant Requirements:\n\n Must have a minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN\n Must have a valid driver's license\n Must have two professional references\n All Care Pros are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to provide care to Clients\n Available for 15+ hours per week during high-volume care hours (7 AM - 10 PM)\n Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)\n Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulations\n Use the Honor Care Pro App and must have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android\n\n Care Professional Responsibilities:\n\n Provide companionship and conversation\n Meal preparation and medication reminders\n 1-on-1 assistance with hands-on, non-medical activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and dressing\n\n Hours: Full-time, part-time\n________\n\n 94% of our Care Pros say they have the tools to do their job well.\n\n -Honor Care Professional Survey, February, 2022\n \n
