Talent Operations Coordinator - HYBRID

Job Description:

We are looking for a -temporary Talent Operations Coordinator for our clients HR team. - -

Hours are Monday-Friday - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm.
The role is Hybrid. Work in the office two 2 days per week in their Mount Laurel Corporate Office Three -(3) days you will work remotely.

  • Collects, uploads track and maintains information, often of a highly confidential nature within records management system. - -
  • Coordinates monthly motor vehicle checks.
  • Assist Regional HRD with performing routine -auditing -teammate files as needed -
  • Ensure teammate -records are organized and classified according to established standards and guidelines established. - -
  • Provide support and coverage options for Talent Operation partners when teammates are out/shortages -(specific task) -
  • Other task may be assigned -(This role may become a temp to permanent position with additional responsibility as the company grows)

    Competency:


    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
    • Utilizes critical thinking and attention to detail to maintain an efficient and customer service driven workplace.
    • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
    • Time management skills

      Required education and experience:


      • Associates Degree
      • One (1) year of records management experience or ability to train in a fast pace environment
      • Ability to be adaptable and self-motivated
      • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
      • Ability to be detail-oriented and organized

        Competency:

        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

        • Ability to work independently and on teams, to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, to prioritize and manage multiple on-going projects, to quickly adapt to change, and to meet deadlines.
