All internship opportunities are paid internships that offer formal onboarding, mentorship, peer interaction, project work, executive exposure, and volunteer and social events. Internship opportunities are available with various Bank departments, including:

  • Potential opportunity to join WSFS as a full-time Associate upon successful completion of your summer internship (rising Seniors only)Requirements:
    • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) within a 10-week continuous program, starting June 5, 2023, and ending August 11, 2023.
    • Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
    • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without an employer-sponsored petition for a visa, such as an H-1B visa.Minimum Qualifications:
      • Must be at least 18 years of age
      • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
      • Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2023
      • Must have reliable transportation
      • Must be available for virtual interviews and orientation with Human Resources
