-CGRC's IBHS Program (Intensive Behavioral Health Services) is an in-home service that assists children / adolescents and families in addressing behavioral health needs by using strength-based goals and integrating community services. -IBHS is a "wraparound" service in which children are supported at home, at school, and in the community because we believe progress accelerates when the child's entire environment is consistently engaged. -In addition, using proven functional behavioral assessments, we teach children the skills to achieve one's needs in a more positive and age-appropriate manner.The Clinical Supervisor provides administrative and clinical leadership of the program and is responsible for supervision and instruction relative to the treatment services delivered by the program staff. - The Clinical Supervisor ensures administrative and clinical integration, coordination, and collaboration of the program services into the overall functioning of the organization.Some responsibilities include:

• Designs, directs, coordinates, and supervises the delivery of program related services to children, adolescents, and their families.
• Provides expertise and leadership in developing and maintaining innovative and effective delivery of program services.
• Verifies current and ongoing clinical competence of all program staff by ensuring the implementation of staff training.
• Intervenes to provide immediate assistance in crisis situations.
• Develops and implements all policies and procedures related to the provision of program services and takes responsibility to educate the organization.
• Ensures completion of all documentation requirements within determined time-frames consistent with CGRC procedures.
• Oversees productivity requirements of the department and market to ensure consistent referrals to the Department.
• Collaborates with supervisor to develop cost effective and accurate program budgets for all assigned services.
• Ensures appropriate staffing for assigned services consistent with client needs.
• Active participation in supervision, team meetings, committees, work groups and special projects as assigned.
• Monitoring and assisting with authorization, utilization, and insurance management.
• Support recruitment and retention strategies within the department. -
• Provides coordination with internal and external stakeholders. -
• Collects and analyzes program data to provide to stakeholders.
• Attends and facilitates internal and external coordination meetings with MCOs, schools, etc.
