If you are looking to utilize your healthcare and patient-focused experience, this is the position for you!About You:3+ years of experience in a similar patient services roleBachelor's degree is preferredExperience in registering patients and processing insurance and billing informationAbility to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsDay to Day:Greet a high-volume of incoming patientsRegister patients for their appointments and book follow up appointmentsEnter patient charges accurately and verify sensitive informationCollect demographic information and process insurance verificationsEnsure an ideal patient experience by providing timely and empathetic serviceThis contract opportunity is the perfect fit for a customer service professional with healthcare experience who enjoys working closely with patients.
