Overview









Allied Reliability is searching for a Shipping Supervisor to work within a cold storage facility. Currently there are two openings, 1st and 2nd Shift. -













Responsibilities









-Primary duties:Supervise a department of approximately 25 plus employees while working alongside them to maintain a team environment

• Supervise the daily operation of shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Receive and label incoming finished goods and fresh meat
• Inventory, cycle counts, and corrections
• Work in the freezer and cooler
• Operate high reach truck, put away, and picking
• Correction of daily and weekly time cards for employees for payrollSecondary duties:
• Maintain clean and sanitary work environment
• Complete recordkeeping requirements
• Must be able to read and write EnglishGeneral Working Conditions/Environment - - - - - Due to the refrigeration that is required for the products, the room temperature varies from - - - - - -5 to 33 degrees (F).

  Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 30 pounds, at arm's length, on a continual basis
