Job Description - AVP PATIENT REFERRAL SVCS (232641) AVP PATIENT REFERRAL SVCS - ( 232641 ) Provides leadership and strategic direction for patient referral services at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Functional areas of responsibility include New Patient Office/Nurse Navigation, Patient Registration/Scheduling, Nurse Triage Call Center and PBX Operators. Proactively works to build efficiency and accountability throughout the patient access process, with an emphasis on creating a responsive, seamless and empathetic patient experience. Develops systems to ensure that new patient referrals are managed in a timely and highly accountable fashion in support of growth goals. Collaborates with clinical leaders to ensure optimal flow of patients and information through the center. Accountable for establishing and monitoring areas for operational indicators/metrics relating to ease of access, operational throughput and capacity assessment.

Education
Bachelors Degree : in Business or Health Care Administration. (Required)
Masters Degree (Preferred)

Experience
8 Years experience managing patient access, call center or related function in a healthcare setting (Required)
