Job DescriptionLong-term care facility is seeking a new team member to join our business office. We provide a warm and caring environment for short-term rehab patients, and long- term residents. Our team of seasoned staff work together to offer excellent service and care.As an Accounts Receivable specialist, you will support the facility finance office in the revenue cycle management function to ensure timely billing, and systematic follow up for payments.Responsibilities:Billing Medicare, PA Medicaid FFS, CHC Medicaid, and HMOs on a monthly basisPosting cash receipts in accounting software, with weekly and monthly bank reconciliationsPreparation for Accounts Receivable Reviews, researching payment denials, correcting and appealing claims for paymentQualifications:Previous Accounts Receivable experience in a hospital or long-term care facility settingKnowledge and Experience in Point Click CareExcellent time management, organizational, and communication skillsBenefits offered including: Vacation, PTO, 401K, Health Insurance, Dental, VisionEqual Opportunity Employer
