Job Description IMMEDIATE HIRE! We are seeking a Full Time Yard Jockey for a Northeast Philadelphia distribution facility. SCHEDULE:1st Shift (7am-4pm occasional overtime)Monday - Friday WHAT YOULL DO: Move trailers from the dock to the yard and back. Use electric high reach forklift to transport product in the warehouse. Place the prepared orders in the correct dock slips for loading onto shipping trucks. Perform visual inspections of orders to ensure they are correct and ready for shipment. Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards YOU MUST HAVE: Basic mathematic skills. Good communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (25-50 lbs.) and remain standing for long periods Good mechanical skills to operate a forklift and other equipment Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts in a cold freezerenvironment Qualified candidatesAPPLY IN PERSON on Mondays - Thursdays at 9:30am to 4900 Princeton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19135 Company Description JQ Staffing Services is a locally owned and operated staffing service and has been in the Philadelphia area all of our lives.
