The primary focus will be on reconcilements, daily operations support, Customer inquiries, transaction processing, and maintaining Customer files.Job DescriptionThe primary focus will be on reconcilements, daily operations support, Customer inquiries, transaction processing and maintaining Customer filesPerforms various clerical tasks associated with Payment OperationsEnsures department standards and deadlines are met on a daily basisAnswers questions for Customers, branches, and department EmployeesMaintains files related to job responsibilitiesServes as a resource to the Payment Operations Specialist I in one or more functional/product areasPrepares Customer statements as neededSupports stores, various departments and areas/products when neededRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience1-3 Years of related experienceKnowledge of Financial Services industry, including, products and servicesStrong Customer service skills and proven ability to meet and exceed Customer expectationsAbility to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detailDemonstrated PC skills, including proven knowledge of Windows and ability to operate standard office equipmentEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenServes as resource to Payment Operations Specialist I Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
