DESCRIPTIONBBBSI seeks an Enrollment and Match Specialist, tasked
with facilitating the enrollment processes of "Big" and "Little"
mentoring relationships, Matches, through conducting information
sessions, interviews, writing assessments, processing applications,
matching, and administrative tasks, including inputting notes into
the database website. Typically, the position is based in an office
environment and requires occasional travel. ? Typical schedule
involves 2 evening shifts per week and 1 weekend day per month.
This will be discussed further in the interview process.Candidates
with a strong connection to the community that BBBSI serves and the
Southeastern Pennsylvania/Southern New Jersey area receive
preferential consideration.JOB QUALIFICATIONSAcademic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (OR an Associate's Degree and a minimum 2 years
relevant experience OR High School Diploma but a minimum of 4 years
relevant experience OR within six months of Bachelor's degree
completion).Professional Requirements: Must possess the ability to
effectively learn and utilize BBBSI's internal database systems for
tracking and recording information. Must be comfortable with public
speaking. Experience in human services, with youth service
organizations and socioeconomically diverse populations is
preferred. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.Additional
Requirements: Must have consistent and dependable access to a car,
valid driver's license, and meet State-required automobile
insurance minimums for the purpose of facilitating off-site
interviews when needed.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESMust demonstrate

establish effective relationships and an appropriate rapport with

sales/marketing approach to interaction with youth clients and
