The candidate should have experience consistent with, but not limited to:10 years+ of experience with new building design, renovations, adaptive reuse and/or condition assessments over a wide variety of project types and markets, including commercial, institutional, educational, public and industrial facilitiesPerforming and Supervising structural analysis and design with a wide range of projectsPerforming and Supervising investigations, site visits and other field workPreparing or Reviewing calculations, drawings, condition assessment reports or field reportsQuality assurance and quality control of projectsFostering existing and developing new client relationshipsCandidate must be capable of managing all aspects of a project, including technical, financial and client interaction.Job RequirementsMinimum years of work experience:10+Specific Degree Requirement:Minimum of a BS in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structuresLicenseRequired:PEComputer Skills:MS Office (Word and Excel), RAM SS, RAM Elements or STADD, AutoCAD, and RevitPreferred Attributes:Experienced with building design, assessment and renovation.Excellent communication skills.Project Leadership / Project ManagementWhy Work With Us?At our core, we recognize that the unique qualities of our Pennoni individuals are essential for innovation and growth as a whole.
