Job Description:
Access Services is ready to hire Program Coordinators for our In
Home and Community Supports teams in the Delaware Valley Region.You
will be part of a team working to support adults with intellectual
disabilities/Autism who live in our communities. Our team works
with both the families and the individuals to ensure the
individualized service plans and goal plans are carried out in the
home and community where the person lives.As a member of the team
you will manage a caseload of individuals with Intellectual
disabilities and/or Autism with creating and executing their goals
towards an independent and successful life in their home and
community. Additionally, you will oversee Direct Support
Professionals (DSPs) and support them to achieve their consumer's
outcomes and their own personal development. As a integral member
of the program, you will be responsible for ensuring that services
are mission driven and of the highest quality as well as
representing the agency at the County level.Key
Responsibilities:Coordinate and organize home and community
supports, and respite services for individuals with intellectual
disabilities.Supervise the work activities of direct support
professionalsSupervise the overall employment and growth of direct
support professionalsEnsure appropriate assignments, timely service
and qualitative oversight of individuals' outcomes as outlined in
their person-centered support plans.Keep abreast of developments in
the field relating to the provision of services and intervention
techniques.RequirementsQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree
preferredCertification: Not required. Certification in First Aid
and CPR highly desirable.Experience: Two years of supervisory
experience in social services preferred.Valid driver's license,
regular access to a reliable vehicle, and adequate car insuranceTwo
(2) years of driving experience No Driver's License suspensions in
the last 48 months.BenefitsWork Schedule:Monday through Friday - 9
am to 5 pm, with flexibility for early morning or early evening
appointments.Some weekend hours may be necessary.The Supervisor
role participates in on-call rotationCompensation:The starting rate
for this position is $38,000/annually, with adjustments for
