Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence (BBBSI) is the largest BBBS agency in the state and fourth largest in the nation. JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Vice President, Program, the Program Impact and Resource Partner supports the VP, Program with program data analysis, along with various operational and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will turn data into insight to support strong business decisions, quality programs, and data-driven program evaluation. A major focus of this role will be to develop analysis and reporting capabilities within the Program organization and to monitor key performance indicators against quality standards to measure effectiveness of business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. This role will also manage administrative tasks supporting the VP, Program. Individuals with a strong connection to the community that BBBSI serves and the Southeastern Pennsylvania/Southern New Jersey area are given preferential consideration. Work may be in office and remote, depending on the needs of the program. Moderate travel to branch offices, community and mission partners may be required, along with some non-traditional work hours to include evenings and weekends.
