We are looking for a SharePoint Administrator to join our IT team who embodies this purpose. What You'll Do: + Manage the SharePoint and MS Teams platforms, integrate applications, manage content and create sites/libraries + Add users, control access to document libraries, and manage security + Maintain SharePoint and MS Teams sites including functionality of company intranet + Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint or MS Teams issues + Design and implement process automation with Power Automate and MS Flow + Review usage and activity reports and make adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences + Keep up to date with SharePoint developments and perform version updates and upgrades What You'll Need: + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar + At least 3-5 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator + Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, and Office 365 + Working knowledge of CSS/HTML/Javascript + SharePoint SPFx and Reac t JS development experience a plus + Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including logs , workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks + Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills + Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn and work with new technologies + Excellent organizational and time management skills Bohler is an equal opportunity employer and affords equal opportunity to all applicants and employees for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other status protected under local, state or federal laws.
