Must have Skills: ServiceNow Platform and Service PortalJob Description : We currently have an opening for a Lead Developer, located at our office in Philadelphia, US. This person will be responsible for evaluating business requirements, deriving a comprehensive architecture and providing strategic direction throughout the development process. Key Responsibilities:

• Develops complex software products (websites, client applications, middle-tier components, etc.) to meet customer requirements
• Possesses excellent problem solving and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience leading global teams on projects including offshore teams to facilitate project work
• Conduct system architecture evaluation and collaborate with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture
• Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks and perform process re-engineering if required
• Notifies stakeholders about any issues connected to architecture
• Analyze the business impact that certain technical choices may have on business processes.
• Continuously research emerging technologies and propose changes to existing architectures
• Exhibits critical thinking and strong analytical skills in the design and development of advanced and flexible solutions
• Collaborate with project and program management to ensure that project tasks are assigned and completed in a timely manner and project milestone dates are met
• Ensures all project documentation is created, archived, and updated, including design, development, and deployment documentation
• Interfaces and collaborates with other business units on specifics of projects, new technologies, and deadlines
• Takes initiative to continue development by becoming involved in value-added activities such as cross-departmental learning, team meetings, peer partnerships, departmental or company-sponsored projects or task committees
• Monitors projects after production release to identify and resolve issues
• Supports production systems as needed
