The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Key Responsibilities and Attributes:Project manage all aspects of marketing promotion execution for your assigned tactic Create, communicate, and update timeline expectations to appropriate client, supplier, and internal personnelConduct regular status meetings with vendors and internal resources to ensure flawless execution for each promotion.Collaborate with necessary parties to ensure that complete program execution is seamless and flawlessCollaborate with clients and suppliers to assure that program requirements meet legal and policy guidelines/requirementsCommunicate production/promotion specifications to suppliersCommunicate recommendations that allow our customers to reduce cycle time and drive efficienciesDeliver internal requests and assets in a thorough and timely mannerAssist in the establishment and development of processes/proceduresSupport with compiling scorecards and lessons learnedComplete file closure at program closeMaintain strong metrics; responsible for on-time file closure, on-time & on-budget and audit scores. Seek out additional training in your promotion area. Strive to become an expert in the promotion type you execute most often for the client.
