customer-focused Senior Automation Project Specialist within Life
Sciences to successfully support industrial control system projects
by applying Experion PKS - product knowledge and implementation
methodology while creating configurations, documents and custom
programming elements. This position is to be located in Honeywell's
office in Houston, TX; Fort Washington, PA or Duluth, GA.

candidate.Responsibilities--- - Set direction and lead all
technical matters across a wide range of activities in several
engineering disciplines.--- - Provide technical leadership to a
large group (approximately five to ten) of assigned engineers or
technicians.--- - Ensure required prerequisites (e.g. design
inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, and budget)
are in place prior to commencing work.--- - Produce functional
design specifications and technical design specifications.--- -
Review and approve design specifications and technical designs for
other engineers on project teams.--- - Ensure that all work is
executed to appropriate standards (Implementation, Test &
Documentation).--- - Mentor and support assigned engineers to
ensure they are able to meet the requirements of their work
assignments within the time allotted and cost budgets.--- - Monitor
and control assigned work scope against the project plan.--- -
Effectively communicate with customers to fully define and agree
upon project requirements.--- - Proactively recommend potential
quality and efficiency improvements within the engineering
group.--- - Share technical knowledge with project team,
supervisor, own discipline and other engineering disciplines.--- -
Report progress and technical problems to project and engineering
supervisor.YOU MUST HAVE--- Bachelor's Degree--- 3+ years of
experience with industrial process control systems in one or more
of the following markets: Batch, Food & Beverage and Life
SciencesWE VALUE--- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering--- 5+ years of
experience with industrial process control systems in one or more
of the following markets: Batch, Food & Beverage and Life
Sciences--- Significant industrial process control experience
preferred--- Experience leading $1M multi-discipline automation
projects.--- Practitioner of Agile Project Execution Methodology---
Knowledge of batch processes and S88.--- Experience in the field
working to estimate, design and install industrial process control
systems.--- Experience in design and implementation of MES---
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.--- Experience
and ability to lead teams to design and implement customized
complex and/or standard engineering solutions, typically
undertaking all aspects of a large project (i.e. Engineering,
Construction, Infrastructure, Database Configuration) to successful
completion and within budgeted time and cost constraints.---
Proficiency in personal computer desktop applications including
word processors, spreadsheets, presentation packages, databases,
electronic mail, web browsers, and other specialized
applications.--- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.---
Honeywell control systems experience, ExperionPKS ---- Knowledge of
Microsoft platforms and virtualization, especially Windows 2003
server, Windows 2008 server and Windows XP/Windows 7 client.---
Knowledge of Microsoft networking software and/or Cisco
networks.--- Track record of successfully managing remote teams.---
Knowledge of industry standard programming language such as Visual
