We are diligently seeking to hire a candidate for operation of our machines in our miscellaneous fabrication area. This position provides machined and fabricated components supporting our entire line of products including CleanMount, Vertica, Mobile Stations, and Suite-Stations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Operate the various equipment in our misc. fab. area in our metal manufacturing department. Equipment includes but is not limited to Bridgeport mills, lathes, Baileigh band saw, etc. Fabricates and modifies various metal components including stainless steel, cold rolled steel, aluminum, and cast aluminum. Ensures quality and machined tolerances meet requirements set by design engineers on blueprints. This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager and Manufacturing Lead.
REQUIREMENTS:

• 
  
• Prior machining and hand tool experience
  
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints
  
• Ability to use and read various measuring devices such as tape measure, calipers, level, depth gauges, etc
  
• Problem-solving skills
  
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and/or walk for 2+ hours at a time
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  • 
    
  • Accurately clock in and out of work order travelers using the VISUAL barcode system
    
  • Setup and operate the various small shop machines to fabricate required parts
    
  • Maintain equipment as required by the operator manual and company maintenance schedule
    
  • Assist in tracking stock of supplies and raw materials to ensure adequate level of inventory
    
  • Perform work within the parameters of the company policies and procedures
    
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained
    
  • Ensure designed machined tolerances are met
    
  • Fill out quality documents for non-conforming materials
