Position Summary:
The Lockwood Group is growing rapidly with the award of major prime
contracts supporting Department of Defense customers across
multiple geographic regions.Enabling our growth, we are seeking a
qualified Contracts Administrator to support our portfolio of prime
and sub projects. This is a great opportunity for an individual
seeking to grow their career and become a future manager.We would
expect this individual to be a self-starter, highly motivated and
be able to work/lead autonomously.
Contracts and Controls Administrator Duties and
Responsibilities
Manage Contracts spreadsheet to track suspense for open contractual
items (NDAs, TAs, Contract Modifications, etc..)
Help to manage the incoming administration and management across
Lockwoods portfolio of IDIQ programs in support of Growth team
Ensure 100% compliance and auditability within our Contracts file
management system.
Help contracts department keep track of contract requirements and
associated program funding and deliverables to ensure that
contractual obligations are communicated, understood, and
followed.
Accountable for drafting, coordinating and submitting weekly,
bi-weekly and monthly report deliverables for current program and
projects.
Responsible for supporting ad-hoc deliverables as they are
identified on programs/projects.
Help maintain integrity of Qualified Labor via Labor Category
assignments, resumes, and with approvals against each of Lockwoods
contracts kept in centralized repository to ensure we maintain 100%
compliance in delivery of qualify labor while ensuring we
successfully pass audits.
Help manage the workflow for Work Authorization assignments
ensuring 100% compliance in accordance with DCAA standards.
Ad-hoc support to the Account Management, Growth and Proposal
teams
Help to maintain open and healthy relationship with the
customer

Requirements
Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a Security clearance
Microsoft Word, PDF and skills in Excel Spreadsheet
0 to 5 years of relevant experience
Bachelors Degree;4 additional years of experience will substitute
for bachelors degree.
Excellent Organizational and Task Management skills.
Must have strong communication skills, motivated and the ability to
work independently but in a team environment.
Government contracting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Sharepoint or similar Document management
system.
