Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager of Employee Benefits, the Benefits Administrator I provides support in the administration and coordination of the College's employee benefit programs for staff, faculty, and retirees. This position provides exceptional customer service in guiding and informing employees on benefit matters regarding eligibility, coverage and plan provisions. The Benefits Administrator I provides coordination for benefits events or programs and employee leaves of absence; and assists in the compilation of benefits related data used for reporting and analysis.
