Job DescriptionJob Summary:Performs staff support activities to assist in administering compensation policies and programs. Develops and/or participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position. Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment. Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure. May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as base salary administration and incentive compensation. Duties/Responsibilities:

Support the Global Compensation and Benefits team in compensation related matters to achieve corporate goals and objectives, including but not limited to:
- Applying pay-for-performance mindset to program administration and development
- Assisting in system set-up and administration of cyclical and ad hoc processes
- Assisting in analysis and development of budgets for compensation and recognition programs
- Providing analytical support for developing organizational programs and processes
- Providing support in communicating compensation programs to management and professional levels of the organizationRequired Skills/Abilities:
  - Experience with data extraction from enterprise systems
  - Compensation survey submission
  - Compensation survey analysis
  - Salary range development
  - Market pricing of new positions
  - Workforce analytics
  - Report generation
  - Ad hoc projects / analyses
  - Understanding of pay for performance philosophyEducation and Experience:
    - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    - 3 - 5 years of compensation experience
    - Global experience preferred
