VBit Technologies is a rapidly growing Philly tech startup with a very laid back company culture where we believe that everyone should enjoy coming to work.We are looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, proactive and capable person to be our new Customer Success Specialist. You will be responsible for a range of duties such as answering support tickets, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and processing and activating incoming orders from all sales channels.The right applicant should also have basic knowledge of Microsoft office products and will perform general administrative work as needed. Should be computer savvy!This is a full time salary position. Weekend and sometimes holiday hours are required.Our company is still very young and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us as we take our business to the next level.About VBit Technologies CorpWe are a blockchain technology company that operates multiple data centers supporting computer servers performing bitcoin mining functions. We are also in the process of building a new payment marketing system that will streamline the shopping and promotions process.The pay scale will be between $19 to $23 depending on experience.Benefits:

    • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
    • Opens/Transfer customer accounts by recording account information.
    • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
    • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
    • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
    • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualifications / Skills:
