This role requires the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners, to be a trusted guide for all US/Americas immigration and relocation needs.

You will manage the immigration/relocation for the Americas region, setting appropriate expectations for employees and business leaders regarding the support they may be eligible for per company approved policy before, during and after short or long-term and permanent relocation or international business trips, providing clear and consistent advice across the company

The HR Total Rewards Manager Mobility partners at all levels of the company to ensure successful execution of our immigration and relocation programs and strategies, they provide professional consultation and expert guidance to decision makers and end consumers creating an end-to-end customers support that reflects a commitment to balance compliance, business objectives and organizational value ensuring the right talent can be mobilized at the right time.

Furthermore, this position will partner with senior leadership to build effective and streamlined mobility practices and processes for optimization and scale.

Job Requirements:

  • Significant hands-on experience in providing customer service with demonstrated fluency in US/Americas GM-relevant laws, procedures, and practices.
  • Ability to leverage partnerships with vendors/external partners to make sure customers receive a best in class service.
  • Ability to manage several GM cases simultaneously by partnering with organizations across SAP including HR, Legal, Finance, and client organizations in addition to our external vendors and candidates.
  • Experience leading teams and working in functions across different regions/geographies.
  • Ability to identify and develop skills and knowledge of the team to ensure effective use of resources and team potential to its full extent.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues and find effective solutions.
  • Excellent customer service skills and active support of branding.

Experience, Skills & Educational Requirements: / Candidate must have strong business sense and practical expertise. In addition, qualifications to include:

  • 5+ years' experience in Global Mobility/HR/Customer Services
  • University Degree / study of business administration with deeper HR knowledge (MBA, Tax, Law) or comparable experience
  • English language proficient, another language advantage
  • Knowledge of U.S. and global government regulations affecting visa and immigration (USCIS, DOL, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of business immigration application processes and international mobility/expat administration
  • Working knowledge of the tax, legal, immigration and policy compliance matters with regard to international mobility/expat administration
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Written and verbal communication skills including tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
  • Strong customer focus and passion for working with and learning from individuals from various countries/cultures
  • Responsive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized with decision-making, project management skills and a strong sense of accountability
  • Flexibility and willingness to participate in calls to accommodate different time zones
