The Regional Operations Lead - Global Talent Acquisition (Americas) is responsible for ensuring the highest possible supply of talent through our Company's Talent Acquisition process within the Americas region as well as a set of global in-scope responsibilities and accountability. Our Company leverages internal resources and world-class partners to deliver its breadth of Talent Acquisition services. This position will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Leads (both in-region and cross-regionally) as well as cross-functional partners to execute the long-term strategic vision of creating Talent as our Company's trademark.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead, cultivate and manage supplier relationships: know the supplier contract, scope of work (SoW), and service level agreements in support of the Americas region

  • Lead regional Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Operations team to drive operational excellence and manage external workforce talent solution

  • Ensure effective supplier governance and risk management framework established in partnership with the GTA COE (Center of Excellence)

  • Participates in and/or leads business reviews as needed

  • Engage with suppliers to develop robust talent strategies in alignment with stakeholders and GTA COE

  • Foster strong cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships to share best practices and lessons learned

  • Align with the GTA COE to develop an understanding of the regional business and the competitive marketplace and share with suppliers for effective delivery including diversity and university recruitment strategies

  • Manage Global Background Check (GBC) process compliance and related supplier relationship, and accountable for adjudication decisions on GBC for business standards

  • Responsibility for a team of individuals whose scope includes but is not limited to GBC Adjudication, US Intern Support, Americas NEA (New Employee Administration), Workday Issue Resolution support, and testing

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives for optimal candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Maintain, manage and monitor issue escalation resolution process in collaboration with the suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Initiate and facilitate business continuity plan and disaster recovery with suppliers as needed

  • Ensure supplier is publishing daily/weekly/monthly operational reports including trend analysis

  • Partner with Global Procurement for new Scope of Work, projects, performance issues to deliver contractual requirements

  • Manage budget and ensure accurate supplier invoicing, payments, and any commercial obligations per contract and SoW

  • Deliver adherence to compliance across all aspects of GTA operations

  • Initiate and facilitate business continuity plan and disaster recovery with suppliers as needed


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of HR operational experience with minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience and 3 years within Talent Acquisition

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier relationship management /partners at the enterprise level

  • Facilitating supplier governance and co-leading process improvements with suppliers/ external partners

  • Experience informing and influencing senior leadership in complex organizational structures

  • Experience in driving operational effectiveness with suppliers and identifying efficiency opportunities to provide impactful solutions for continuous improvement

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Six sigma training / certification

  • Establishing supplier SLAs, performance metrics etc. and driving accountability for performance

  • Experience working with procurement on supplier contracts, commercials, scope of services etc.

  • Previous experience with Workday technology
