It all begins with you.Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure; provides information security; and enables Wells Fargo global customers to have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week banking access through in-branch, online, ATMs, and other channels.Our mission is to deliver stable, secure, scalable, and innovative services at speeds that delight and satisfy our customers and unleash the skills potential of our employees.Consumer & Small Business Banking Technology is a customer-focused organization that delivers the next generation of payments capabilities; advances digital offerings; enables innovation to develop new customer experiences and products; and enhances digital channels, branches, contact centers, and ATM technologies.The PositionThe Agile Transformation Lead will play a critical role within Consumer & Small Business Technology (CSBBT), driving the maturity and autonomy of our Customer Journey Agile teams.-- This role has the direct responsibility for designing and executing an effective Agile transformation strategy across CSBBT and in strong partnership with our business.-- Reporting to the LOB transformation team, the Agile Lead will partner with our enterprise CTO teams, Tech Customer Journey Leads and business partners and will provide leadership and direction to our Customer Journey aligned Agile champions.--This opportunity will enable higher-level strategic planning and Line of Business consulting to establish disciplined and effective Agile transformation initiatives which embrace the enterprise Agile values and process in a way that maximizes the value to the business.-- This Lead role will be responsible for analyzing a very complex, broad-based line of business from both a more strategic high-level business management perspective as well as a tactical product development process perspective to develop a strategy for integrating the two that considers both the company?s efficiency of operations and the requirements of the enterprise Agile transformation efforts.--This Leader role will provide thought leadership and expertise to distill complex issues into targeted solutions to accelerate the work, with a clear focus on both near-term business outcomes and long-term sustainability.-- In addition, this leader will be accountable for the delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives with significant risk, complexity, scope, and financial impact for the line of business and will serve as the primary liaison between the line of business transformation team, enterprise CTO Agile team and various support partners in achieving Agile maturity. This leader will be accountable for innovations that allow for rapid delivery by the Customer Journey teams.-- A successful person in this role will deliver tangible, measurable results.Position Responsibilities? Formulate and implement transformation and improvement visioning for leadership to understand modern Agile practices as defined by Enterprise Agile standards and help to create road maps for moving from their current to target state.--? Consulting and guidance for the Agile champions to effectively develop and implement the strategy outlined for the line of business.? Establish priorities and drive accountability for assigned initiatives, providing leadership to ensure solutions are designed, integrated and controlled to optimize effectiveness, account for all aspects of risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate? Develop and implement reporting, information delivery and presentations with key stakeholders and senior management within responsible area, including root cause, cost/benefit, and risk analyses? Provide direction and leadership to matrixed, cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of technology experience
  • 6 + years of experience leading and executing complex technology transformational programs across an enterprise
  • 4+ years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise wide business initiatives

    Desired Qualifications
    • Experience managing large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of business
    • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
    • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
    • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
    • Agile Scrum (CSM), SAFE certifications or other advanced Agile certifications
    • 10+ years of experience working within an application development environment
    • 10+ years of financial services industry experience

      Other Desired Qualifications
      ? Proven ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment? 10+ years application development experience? 3+ years of experience with Jira software, Confluence software or combination of both? 4+ years of experience with business transformation and change strategy execution? Demonstrated ability to influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business & technology partnerships with all levels of team members--
