The major responsibilities areas follows, but not limited to:Work closely with PD Analyticalscientists or Analytical Development Leads to execute SEC-MALS methods to characterizerAAV vector production to support process development of multiple projects.Perform data analysis timely toensure delivery of reliable high-quality experimental data and prepareexperimental reports in a predefined format.Assist in the development of newanalytical methods and optimization of existing analytical methods. Hands-on experience of HPLC/UPLC is a mustExperience in characterization ofbiologics using SEC chromatographic method is desiredExperience with light scattering(dynamic and static) techniques would be highly desirableExcellent organization, communication and collaboration skills will be neededWill need to keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies Experience with gene therapy and viral vectors is a plus About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
