Job Description:

The Experience Designer plays a critical role in creating the digital experiences for our Philly area client. With a key focus across the brand's digital experiences, you'll create exceptional interaction and visual designs, help establish design standards, and work with our talented team of developers to bring your concepts to life.




Primary Responsibilities:


--- Establish interaction and holistic design patterns to live across our range of web sites and digital experiences


--- Work with art directors to solve strategic challenges of our digital experiences


--- Produce interactive prototypes for ideation and to promote designs


--- Create innovative, engaging design, informed by data, that reflects the luxury and quality of our products


--- Deliver high-quality work on tight schedules


--- Generation of ongoing new design concepts for our flagship products, communities, and other initiatives


--- Take a meticulous approach to detail in all designs


--- Drive all design from a rational, goal-driven point of view, always ask "Why?", and take a strategic approach with all of your work


--- Work with other designers to create holistic experiences across all touchpoints for a project


--- Evangelizing experience design throughout the company




Qualifications:


--- Bachelor's degree combined with 3+ years' experience within an in-house design team or agency environment.


--- Proven command of usability and accessibility design standards and principles


--- Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for design and solid understanding of design trends


--- Understanding of all aspects of interactive design


--- A product owner personality that will seek out what needs to be accomplished and do it


--- An obsessive eye for detail and quality


--- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently


--- Enthusiastic attitude and a proactive contributor
