Job Description:
Excel Hydraulics LLC located in Clarksboro, NJ is seeking a
full-time, CNC and Manual Machinist to join our team. Job
Description: Excel Hydraulics has an expert team of machinists that
fix, replicate and reproduce one-off parts to fix hydraulic,
industrial and other general and heavy equipment. This is an
excellent environment to challenge your skills working on different
components and parts on a daily basis. Machinists work with HaaS
CNC Lathes and Mills, engine lathes, Bridgeport milling machines,
radial arms and other tools used in the machining process to make
custom fabricated parts Read prints and drawings, take accurate
measurements and build parts to specifications Experience making
hand drawings with detailed part information Requirements:
Experience fabricating parts using HaaS CNC equipment. Calculate
speeds feeds and run the machine directly while producing parts
Experience using manual mills, lathes and other machines to produce
and replicate custom parts Ability to measure accurately and use
and read drawings and prints Experience with CAD, MasterCAM,
Solidworks/SolidCam software a plus Compensation: Competitive pay
