Reporting to the Department's Assistant Administrator, the
Assistant Coordinator provides administrative support to the
Department of Psychology Main Office.
This position will be responsible for the Psychological Services
Center deposits and reconciliation, timekeeping for the department
in the Kronos system, management and processing of hiring
requisitions through the Taleo system and assisting the Main Office
with maintaining inventory of the department supplies and ordering
to re-stock, managing package and mail delivery, room/conference
reservation and overseeing the copy room function. The position is
part time for a total of 28 hours per week.
Education and Experience:
At least two years of experience In a similar role and
responsibility. An equivalent combination of education and
experience may be considered.
Required Skills and Abilities:
*Ability to manage time to meet simultaneous deadlines
*Ability to handle confidential materials, and use good
*Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
programs (database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software) and
standard office equipment.
*Strong collaborative and customer service skills, along with the
ability to relate to a diverse group of faculty, administrators,
staff and students with professionalism.
*Demonstrated ability to work Independently as well as part of a
*Demonstrated organizational skills, along with the ability to
prioritize and focus on the completion of tasks.
*Experience with Kronos and/or Taleo
