Job Description Job Description Maintenance Mechanic Comprehensive Benefit Packages | Hands-On Work | Competitive Pay Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to keep our high-speed manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing problems, and keeping production moving. You’ll work closely with plant leadership and machine operators to maintain, repair, and improve our equipment and operations. Job Description: Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems Assist machine operators during equipment startup and production issues Diagnose problems quickly to minimize downtime Perform equipment installations, adjustments, and calibrations Use hand tools, welders (stick required), cutting torch, and grinders to make repairs and fabricate parts Train and assist coworkers with routine maintenance tasks Work with the Plant Manager and General Manager to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform other maintenance-related duties as needed Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with mechanical repairs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems Stick welding experience required (MIG/TIG a plus) Ability to work safely and follow all environmental, health, and safety standards Able to work independently or as part of a team Reliable, motivated, and punctual Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including overtime and Saturdays when needed Able to communicate and follow instructions in English as required by safety and job performance standard Pay & Benefits: $29 – $32 per hour , based on experience Paid vacation and paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Why Work With JENNMAR Services?
