Job Description Job Description Position Summary: School Bus Drivers are responsible for safely transporting students and passengers to and from designated locations while ensuring a positive and professional experience. This is a great position for individuals who enjoy working with the community and want a consistent, rewarding schedule. Responsibilities: - Safely operate a school bus in compliance with state and federal regulations. - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. - Maintain order and safety among passengers during transport. - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, school staff, and parents as needed. - Report mechanical issues or incidents promptly. Qualifications: - Valid Maryland CDL Class B with Passenger (P), School Bus (S) and Air Brake endorsements. - Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check. - Clean driving record with a strong safety history. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Reliability and punctuality are essential.
