Job Description:
Litigation Paralegal An 80 attorney firm based in Roseland, New
Jersey, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its
team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional
with a minimum of 7 years of law firm experience. What You’ll Do:
Client Interaction: Act as a key point of contact for clients,
ensuring effective communication and coordination. Case Management:
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring proper indexing and
accessibility of client documents. Discovery and Motions: Assist in
the preparation, organization, and submission of discovery
materials and motions. ESI Management: Handle the gathering,
processing, reviewing, and production of documents and
electronically stored information (ESI) for litigation purposes.
Document Organization: Compile and index client documents, ensuring
thorough and accurate record-keeping. Additional Support: Perform
other litigation-related tasks as needed to support the team. What
You’ll Bring: Experience: A minimum of 7 years of litigation
experience in a law firm setting. Proficiency in handling
ESI-related tasks, including document review and production.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college (required).
Paralegal certification (preferred). Technical Skills: Strong
computer skills, with proficiency in litigation-related software
and tools. Key Attributes: Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and sound
judgment. The ability to work both independently and
