Job Description Job Description POSITION: L ITIGATION ASSOCIATE LOCATION: PARSIPPANY, NJ (onsite required) Firm X is a mid-sized general practice law firm with offices in the NJ/NY Metropolitan area seeking a Litigation Associate for their Parsippany, NJ office. Job Summary: Defending personal injury and other claims on behalf of large, self-insured corporations, insurance companies and public entities. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school New Jersey Bar Admissions required 4-8 years of experience litigating matters, to join our growing and experienced team. Trial experience is a plus and the ideal person has proficient research and writing skills and experience in representing public and private clients. The attorney must have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Title 59, Federal Court experience in civil rights cases and New York admission are also pluses.
