Job Description Job Description Litigation Attorney - IP Highly-regarded patent litigation boutique with a thriving practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes patent cases (district court, ITC, PTAB, and Federal Circuit) is seeking mid-level associates for its West Millburn, NJ office. Qualifications: - 2 years of hands-on patent litigation experience - Significant experience taking and defending depositions - In-court experience (Markman hearings, arguments, trials) strongly preferred - Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school - Strong technical background required (electrical engineering, computer science, physics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent); undergraduate or graduate technical degree required - USPTO admission / Patent Bar strongly preferred - Excellent writing and analytical skills - Federal clerkship is a plus Benefits - Full BigLaw benefits package - Reasonable billable expectation well below BigLaw average - Collegial culture with immediate courtroom opportunities and direct client contact - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
