Bankruptcy Litigation Associate Position Overview We are an AM law
firm seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bankruptcy Litigation
Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in bankruptcy law and litigation, with a
focus on representing debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy
proceedings. This position offers an opportunity to work on
challenging cases involving Chapter 11, Chapter 9, and distressed
asset acquisitions, while contributing to the restructuring efforts
of our clients. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and litigate
bankruptcy-related motions and pleadings - Advise clients on
bankruptcy options and strategies - Represent clients in court
during bankruptcy hearings and litigation - Conduct legal research
and analysis on bankruptcy laws and regulations - Assist in the
negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements - Collaborate
with other attorneys and professionals in the firm on
cross-functional matters - Participate in client meetings and
provide updates on case progress - Stay current on legal
developments in bankruptcy law and related areas Qualifications -
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Active bar
membership in good standing - 3 years of experience in bankruptcy
litigation or related field - Strong knowledge of Chapter 11 and
Chapter 9 bankruptcy processes - Experience with debtor and
creditor representation - Familiarity with restructuring and
creditors' rights - Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy
skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented
