Job Description Job Description Associate Attorney Associate Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defense litigation and will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of legal strategies to represent our clients effectively. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence - Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies - Participate in client meetings and provide legal counsel as needed - Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents - Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation sessions - Manage and maintain case files, including billing and time tracking - Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case management Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Active state bar membership - 1-3 years of experience in defense litigation - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines - Familiarity with legal billing practices and time management Benefits Health / Dental / Vision Life / Disability Insurance Hybrid 401k Performance bonuses Remote options PTO Paid holidays - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
