Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and
dedicated Immigration Attorney to join our team in Forest Hill, NY.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal services in
immigration matters, advocating for clients in various situations
including immigration applications, deportation defense, and family
and business- based immigration cases. Our firm is committed to
helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of
immigration law and policy. Key Responsibilities - Advocate for
clients in immigration cases - Prepare and submit applications,
asylum requests, and naturalization petitions - Conduct legal
research to stay updated on immigration policy and law changes -
Draft legal briefs and memoranda that clearly articulate clients'
cases - Assist clients with employment-based immigration matters,
PERM labor certification, and corporate compliance. - Provide legal
consultation to clients regarding their immigration options and
strategies - Represent clients in immigration court and
administrative hearings Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) - Active
license to practice in the state of NY - 5 years of experience in
immigration law- emphasis on removal defense - Strong knowledge of
immigration policies and procedures - Excellent legal research and
writing skills Benefits - Competitive base ranging from $90,000.00
