Associate REQUIRES BAR LICENSE FOR NJ AND PA Position Overview We
are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to
join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing a
diverse caseload, providing support to senior attorneys, and
representing clients in various litigation matters. This position
offers an opportunity to develop litigation skills in a
collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the
preparation and analysis of legal documents - Conduct legal
research and draft memos - Prepare for and attend court hearings
and trials - Manage discovery process and documentation -
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel - Support
senior attorneys in case strategy and execution - Participate in
settlement negotiations and mediation sessions - Stay updated on
relevant laws and regulations Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD)
from an accredited law school - Admission to the bar in the
relevant jurisdiction - Strong understanding of litigation
processes and procedures - Excellent research and writing skills -
Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Nice to have:
Knowledge or experience in Employment Law, Commercial Litigation,
or Insurance Defense - For this position, you must be currently
authorized to work in the United States without the need for
