The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate
litigation and a proactive, client-focused mindset. Key
qualifications include: J.D. from an accredited law school and
admission to practice in Maryland 2-6 years of experience in real
estate litigation, including handling disputes related to land use,
zoning, eminent domain, lease enforcement, and property
development. Experience representing clients in state and federal
courts, as well as in arbitration or administrative proceedings.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability
to manage multiple matters and deadlines with minimal supervision.
