This direct hire role offers an incredible opportunity to utilize your administrative skills with a prominent firm.About You:Bachelor's degree is preferred1+ years of administrative experience in a legal settingFriendly and professional demeanorExcellent ability to multitask and quickly problem solve in a fast-paced environmentExhibit preparedness by taking initiative, thinking ahead, and planning proactivelyDay to Day:Serve as first point of contact for all visitors and guests, including deliveries and facilities vendorsTriage internal and external calls to accurate contacts and partiesMaintain accurate log of visitors, guests, vendors, and deliveriesEnsure visitors are assisted in a timely and welcoming mannerMaintain email correspondence as neededCoordinate the scheduling of conference and meeting rooms, sending out confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling as neededThis direct hire, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity with a growing firm.
