Compensation: 130000.-150000. / Annually Our client, a prominent law firm with practices across Philadelphia and New Jersey, has an immediate need for an experienced Litigation Attorney - Associate, to join our winning team in Philadelphia.Our candidate of choice will bring experience in all phases of litigation including but not limited to drafting litigation documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery demands, taking depositions, conducting research, and appearing in Court.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFCATIONS:

• Proficiency in handling cases from inception to trial and appeal.
• Appear regularly in Court to participate in conferences and oral argument.
• Depositions and motion practice
• Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Have graduated law school and have sat for the bar. Pending admission is acceptable.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. New Jersey is a bonus.
• 1-3 years of experience in Litigation.
• Must be detail and deadline oriented.
• Ability to work independently and immediately engage in client contact and assume relevant responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks in an effective manner.
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills. A writing sample will be requested prior to any interview.
• Comfortable working with all levels of business professionals, including senior management and all colleagues at other departments in a fast-paced environment.
