You'll handle the administration of probate cases and drafting of estate planning documents, including wills, living wills, and power of attorneys as well as the preparation of estate tax returns. • Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients
• Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date
  • Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action
  • Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process
  • Handle the preparation, review, and filing of trust and estate planning documents as needed Qualifications
    • At least eight years of experience drafting estate planning documents and administering estates in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
    • Ability to draft basic and intermediate estate planning documents
    • Ability to administer probate estates in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
    • Ability to prepare accountings
    • Ability to prepare estate tax returns
    • Demonstrated client relationship skills
