The Work At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, we are seeking a Network System Engineer to participate on Moorestown, New Jersey design teams for computing infrastructure, primarily as a computer network designer or architect. Learn more about Lockheed Martin's comprehensive benefits package here! rmshotmiljobs Basic Qualifications • Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or STEM field with minimum of 2 years' professional experience OR minimum of 4 years' Military related experience in lieu of Degree. • Experience with configuring and deploying network switches and routers including VLANs and routing protocols (including TCP/IP and Multicast) • Experience in Layer 2 and 3 routing and switching • Experience working in a team environment on one or more of the following areas: analysis, requirements development, design, modeling, simulation, integration, test • Must be willing to work onsite in Moorestown, NJ, and travel between multiple sites within the campus (5 mile radius) • Must be willing to travel domestically or internationally as needed • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance Desired skills • Experience with Network automation • Experience with coding / scripting / automation / orchestration platforms (Python, Ansible), including interfacing with APIs • Experience with design tools and environments for radar systems and subsystems • Experience with design, provisioning, and troubleshooting of WAN and LAN connectivity technologies (i.e. MPLS, LACP) • Experience working with both technical and non-technical staff • Experience with priority queuing, Class of Service (CoS), and Quality of Service (QoS) • Experience with Cisco appliances (switches, routers, firewalls) and Cisco IOS configuration development and maintenance • Experience in an Agile workflow environment • Strong leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills • DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security CE or equivalent) Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. National Pay Statement The base range for this position in New Jersey is $75,000 - $142,760.
