experience. 4 years of experience in product management. Experience
with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau,
etc.). Experience working with system design. Preferred
qualifications: Knowledge of the advertising market or online ads
landscape. Ability to think strategically and influence
stakeholders. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple
teams and stakeholders. Excellent data analysis skills and the
ability to pull from many different data sources to provide
insights on that data. Excellent relationship building,
collaboration, and influencing skills. About the job In this role,
you will deliver quality, scale, and efficiency to how Google
commercializes its ad products. You will be the liaison between
product and gTech services where needed, and will be responsible
for ensuring that product launches and customer-facing migrations
are seamlessly executed. You will empower practitioners and
products to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Google

range for this full-time position is $122,000-$175,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can
share more about the specific salary range for your preferred
location during the hiring process. Please note that the

more about benefits at Google . Responsibilities Orchestrate launch
strategy and readiness to ensure gTech teams are ready to support
launches and migrations. Perform analyses and gather feedback to
bring product insights to gTech product forums to inform Product
strategy. Leverage product expertise to enable gTech teams to
service advertisers and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of
technical issues. Design effective launch programs with partners to
ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before
wide-scale deployment. Understand customer and gTech pain points,
needs, and priorities, and leverage product expertise to advocate
for product improvements with internal cross-functional teams,
including Product, Engineering, and Sales.
