Role As a Product Manager on the Bank Data Team, you’ll be joining
a passionate team of product managers, engineers, data scientists,
and analysts working to create the real time, intelligent, Bank of
the future. To make this future a reality, you will be responsible
for building and executing the strategy to modernize how we publish
and consume data at Capital One. Creating this strategy will
involve working across the Bank to understand where we are now and
where we need to go. We have a long journey ahead and are excited

environment Basic Qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience
working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer
experiences. - At least 2 years of experience working on the core
product platforms that power digital experiences - At least 2 years
of digital industry experience for consumers - Bachelor’s Degree or
military experience Preferred Qualifications: - At least 3 years of
experience with web and client-side mobile platforms - At least 2
years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development
process - MBA - Familiarity with databases, ETL processes, and
other data infrastructure At this time, Capital One will not

position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for
this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this
salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work
within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One
is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for
part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number
of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900
for Sr. Associate, Product Management New York, NY: $121,300 -
$138,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management Wilmington, DE:
$101,100 - $115,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the
pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized
salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be
reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also
eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which
may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on
