Job Description:

Year Up is one-year or less intensive job training program that provides young adults with hands-on training, real-world corporate access, a work immersion experience, and unparalleled support. Year Up participants also receive an educational stipend.The first three months of the program consists of technical and professional skills training, which are part-time and primarily virtual, providing you with increased flexibility to complete your program work. You will then have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a four-month full-time work experience at a top company, such as Merck, Bank of America, Penn Mutual, or Amtrack among many other leading organizations in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.What will you gain?

80% of Year Up graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation. Employed graduates earn an average starting salary of $52,000 per year.

Are you eligible?
You can apply to Year Up if you are:
- 18-29 years old
-A high school graduate or GED recipient
-Eligible to work in the U.S.
