Job DescriptionJob Description: Marketing Systems Administrator: The Marketing Systems Administrator manages the daily Marketing technology systems to enable digital transformation in support of marketing and business growth goals. This role specialized in our Pardot/Salesforce CRM development, marketing automation email solutions, and CRM integration with WordPress. This role works with key University stakeholders on Pardot implementations across the entire project lifecycle. An integral part of the role is working with stakeholders including, but not limited to, Enrollment Management, IT, Student Success, and marketing communications to further maximize the usage of Pardot. The position also advises others in line with automation best practices and its growing number of capabilities to build a Pardot usage roadmap ultimately.Responsibilities:

  • Focus on business goals of recruitment, enrollment, and retention for Undergraduate and Graduate audiences.
  • Serve as system administrator managing the quality control cycle of Arcadia's Pardot environment.
  • Help design scalable solutions, build-out enhancements, and new functionality between Arcadia's CRM and CMS.
  • Experience in Pardot implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with the Salesforce Connector.
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, communications workflows, and contributing to project outlines.
  • Support graduate program verticals, including outside vendors and OPM partners in program relations management, list administration, and data share.
  • Communicate project outcomes to client-side project stakeholders.
  • Design, implement, and monitor automated campaigns across email and web, and advise clients on how to optimize further.
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and marketing conversion metrics.
  • Sales Cloud knowledge and ability to set up features such as Engagement History, Campaign Influence, B2B Marketing Analytics, and the drag-and-drop email builder.Qualifications:
    • Excellent project management organization.
    • Experience in reporting and analyzing campaign activity using Pardot reports, B2B, and B2C Marketing Analytics, and can make recommendations to the business.
    • Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment and successfully keeping to deadlines.
    • Ability to present ideas and information in multiple groups
    • Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
    • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
    • Expert experience in Pardot CRM (Salesforce/Pardot)Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
      • A solid understanding of the principles of user experience (UX) and integration of architecture, engaging content, and functionality.
      • Ability to manage projects, including workflow of improvements and technical innovations.
      • Proven ability to research, assess, and implement various technological tools to push forward business initiatives.
